1.⁠ ⁠About Kumiko

Kumiko is a sole trader business providing holistic and therapeutic treatments. All treatments are provided in a professional, respectful and confidential manner, in line with best practice.

2.⁠ ⁠Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. By booking a treatment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide about your health and wellbeing is accurate and up to date.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 70% of the treatment fee.

• Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

This is to respect the therapist’s time and other clients waiting for appointments.

4.⁠ ⁠Payments

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Kumiko accepts the advertised payment methods.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.⁠ ⁠Treatments

All treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for your own health decisions.

6.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibility

You must inform Kumiko of any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or changes in health that may affect your treatment.

Kumiko reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability

Kumiko will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Treatments are provided with care and professionalism, but results cannot be guaranteed.

8.⁠ ⁠Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
