• Avoid actives for 48–72 hours: No retinol/tretinoin, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, or exfoliating scrubs.
• Pause other treatments: No facial waxing, peels, dermaplaning, laser, or microdermabrasion for 1 week before.
• Limit heat & sun: Avoid tanning, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise on the day of treatment.
• Keep skin calm: Do not introduce new skincare in the 3 days before.
• Medical disclosure: Inform your therapist of any medications, skin changes, or recent procedures.

• Keep skincare gentle for 48 hours:
• Use a mild cleanser and hydrating moisturiser only.
• Avoid retinoids, acids, scrubs, or strong actives.
• Protect your skin:
• Apply SPF 30+ daily.
• Avoid sun exposure for 3–5 days.
• Avoid heat & friction:
• No hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid picking, rubbing, or exfoliating the skin.
• Delay makeup: Ideally avoid makeup for 12–24 hours.
• Other treatments: Wait 1 week before peels, dermaplaning, laser, or other advanced procedures.
